Glo-School (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the online learning platform at glo-school.org. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, including information accessed through Google. By using Glo-School you agree to this policy.
1Information we collect
- Account information you provide, such as your name and email address.
- If you connect Google Calendar, a secure token that lets us add your booked sessions to your calendar.
- Basic technical information needed to run the service, such as sign-in tokens.
2How we use information
We use your information to provide and operate Glo-School — to run your account, deliver classes, and, if you connect Google Calendar, to add your booked sessions to your calendar. We do not sell your information.
3Google user data
When you connect Google Calendar, we request access only to manage calendar events. We use this access solely to create and update events for the sessions you book. The access token is stored encrypted, is never sold or shared, and is used only to provide this feature.
Glo-School’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time from your profile, which revokes our access to your Google account.
4Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate Glo-School (such as Stripe for payments and Google for calendar features), and only so they can provide their service to us. We do not sell your information.
5Security & retention
We use reasonable measures to protect your information and keep it only while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
6Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
